Client: Cultural venue, Brussels

The challenge: The team leader needed a single, simple home base to coordinate daily operations across very different functions, programming, sales, admin, HR, invoicing, without juggling separate tools or spreadsheets.

What I built: a centralized workspace with →

• A personalized homepage with daily focus and running notes
• Dedicated sections for each function (Coordination, Admin, Sales, Cultural Programming, HR, Invoicing)
